This small pocket magnifier from J. P. Cutts (Sutton & sons) has a single magnifying lens. Its shape is cylindrical, 6.5 cm high and 3 cm in diameter at the bottom. It is made of brass and its body is painted in garnet color. It has a cylindrical cardboard sleeve.

At the bottom appears the name of the manufacturer J.P. Cutts; the emblem of him that is an anchor and his motto «Try me». It is the same manufacturer of the magnifying glass on tripod nº 26 of this collection.
