This Seibert W. & H monocular microscope is modern with serial number 24,938. It has an iron foot that extends to hug the plate. The upper part of the support shaft is made of brass like the entire optical system. It possesses three targets, manufactured by Reichert, in revolver. Its condenser is optical. The stage is circular and has a complex fixing system with three steel screws. It has a beech wood case.

It is one of the microscopes manufactured by the German brothers Wilhelm and Heinrich Seibert.

Under the name W&H Seibert correspond the microscope No. 16 of this collection that has the No. 2,136 of manufacture made in 1900 and this No. 86, with the No. of manufacture 24,938 made in 1920.
