This portable folding microscope from Murray & Heath has three folding legs made of blued steel. It is an evolved model from an anterior one, in which the mirror axis came out of the posterior support (B.C.C. Fig. 99 page 53). It folds easily into a 15 x 10 x 6 cm box. It is possibly one of the highest quality manufactured portable models. The manufacturer Murray & Heath was established in Jeremy Street, London (this model also exists in the C.USAL. Mod 30th)
